My deepest condolences for Holly, Hunter and Anna. Glen has been my best friend since we were four years old. We've shared the best of times. He has been my hero when I needed him most. We'll see each other again. Rest in peace.

To Glen's precious family and friends, my sister, Lane, and I grew up playing tennis with him - mostly at Bacon and Daffin Parks. He was so beloved and so charming and by far one of the best tennis players in the city. Everyone would stop what they were doing to watch him play - not only for his skill on the courts but for his elegant sportsmanship. When I think back to those wonderful teenage tennis years, he is right there. City tournaments were the highlight and it was great fun to cheer him on as he was always the humble winner. I first met Glen during his brief time working for the City of Tybee Island. From the very beginning, I enjoyed working with him and quickly grew to care for him as both a colleague and a friend. My wife and I were later fortunate enough to meet his wife and daughter, and we think the world of them as well. They are a wonderful family, and we are grateful to know them. Mark and Jeff , Holly, Anna and Hunter...I don't know where to begin with how sorry I am and how much my heart hurts for you all . Mark, Glenn and Jeff I grew up with these three sweet guys ! My mother and their mama ...whom I called my Aunt Sybil ...were best friends since Mark and I were just 2 years old! I have so many memories of Glenn and all of the fun and really special times our two families had through the years ! They were all three like the brothers I didn't have and I grew up loving them all so very much! I'm am so sad for this loss ! I remember as we grew up and became late teens and early twenties running into Glenn so many times on River Street at Bullfrog Springers ...and him always coming up to me and giving me the sweetest hugs and smiles and asking me to dance ! And of course we always did ...even tho we both had dates lol ! Mark , Glenn and Jeff will always be so very special to me and the biggest parts of my memories growing up ! I will see you again one day Glenn and maybe we can dance again together...although I'm not sure Jesus will be playing the tunes we used to dance to ! Lol ..But you never know !
